Super Easy Protein Cookie Recipe!

This post is sponsored by Sivan Social.

These super simple protein cookies are so delicious + basically impossible to mess up!! I love a good snack that has protein so it keeps my kids full longer. Bonus points for it being delicious and tasting like a treat ;) #winning

These are so easy to make! Just a handful of ingredients. You mash the bananas, mix the rest together, scoop it onto a baking sheet, and bake for about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Orgain is our very favorite dairy free protein powder! We have used it for years in our family (Stella has a severe dairy allergy) and we all love it. We use it in this recipe, obviously, and in all kinds of smoothies, too!

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 c peanut butter

2 scoops protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works great)

1 tsp of cinnamon

2 bananas

pinch of salt

Directions:

Mash the bananas in a medium sized bowl. Add the oats, peanut butter, protein powder, cinnamon, and mix together until combined. Scoop onto a cookie sheet (I use a cookie scoop for this!). Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes (this obviously depends on your oven and the size of your cookies, etc). Just watch them for when they get pretty firm to the touch. We have, admittedly, left these in the oven way longer because we forgot about them and they were still just fine lol. When they are done, I sprinkle them with a tiny pinch of sea salt!

You can absolutely use different mix ins like coconut, nuts, chocolate chips…get creative!
